3. Consumer Terms

3.1 Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You understand that your information will be shared with licensed insurance agents who may contact you about insurance products.

3.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes or that quotes received will meet your expectations. Insurance availability, pricing, and coverage are determined by the agents and carriers, not QuoteRidge.

3.3 Consent to Contact

By submitting a quote request, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from licensed insurance agents regarding your insurance needs. See our TCPA Consent for more details.

4. Agent Terms

4.1 Eligibility

To participate as an agent on QuoteRidge, you must be a licensed insurance agent in good standing in the state(s) where you wish to receive leads.

4.2 Lead Purchases

All lead purchases are final. Refunds or credits are only provided if a lead contains invalid contact information or was fraudulently submitted, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

4.3 Use of Lead Information

Lead information may only be used for the purpose of contacting consumers about insurance products. You may not resell, share, or use lead information for any other purpose.

4.4 Compliance

Agents must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA, state insurance regulations, and do-not-call requirements.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent our verification processes
• Use automated systems to submit quote requests
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the QuoteRidge website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of QuoteRidge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTERIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuoteRidge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
