Getting Started
What are the requirements to join QuoteRidge?
You must be a licensed insurance agent in good standing in at least one state. We verify all license information before approving accounts. You'll need to provide your license number and state during registration.
How long does account approval take?
Most accounts are approved within 24-48 hours. We verify your license information with state databases. If there are any issues, our team will contact you.
Is there a sign-up fee or monthly cost?
No! QuoteRidge is completely free to join. You only pay for leads you purchase through the bidding system. No monthly fees, no contracts, no minimums.
Can I use QuoteRidge if I'm licensed in multiple states?
Absolutely! You can add all your licenses to your profile and receive leads from any state where you're licensed to sell.

Lead Quality & Verification
How are leads verified?
Every lead goes through our 3-step verification: phone verification (SMS code), email verification (link click), and CAPTCHA. Flagged submissions also undergo human review before entering the marketplace.
What is the quality score?
Each lead receives a score from 0-100 based on verification depth, data completeness, and intent signals. Premium leads (80-100) have the highest conversion rates. Standard (50-79) and Economy (30-49) tiers offer budget-friendly options.
What's your average contact rate?
Our Premium leads average 70%+ contact rate, compared to the industry average of ~30%. Standard leads average 50-70%, and Economy leads average 30-50%.
How do you prevent fraud?
We use multiple fraud detection methods: IP analysis, device fingerprinting, velocity checks, and pattern recognition. Over 40% of submissions are rejected before reaching the marketplace.

Bidding & Purchasing
How does the bidding system work?
When a verified lead enters the marketplace, agents meeting the criteria can bid. Auctions last 60 seconds. The highest bidder wins the lead instantly. You can bid manually or set up auto-bid rules.
What is auto-bidding?
Auto-bid lets you set rules for automatic bidding. Specify your target insurance types, locations, quality tiers, and maximum bid amounts. When matching leads appear, the system bids for you up to your limit.
Can I set a daily budget?
Yes! Set daily spending limits to control your costs. Once you hit your limit, you won't bid on new leads until the next day. You can also set maximum bids per lead.
When am I charged for a lead?
You're only charged when you win an auction. The charge is the winning bid amount, which may be less than your maximum bid if you're using auto-bid.

Lead Information
What information is included with each lead?
Every lead includes: full name, phone number, email, ZIP code, insurance type, and complete questionnaire responses (coverage needs, current insurance status, etc.). Premium leads include additional verification details.
How quickly do I receive lead details?
Instantly! The moment you win an auction, the full lead details appear in your dashboard. You'll also receive email and/or SMS notifications (configurable in settings).
Are leads exclusive?
Yes, each lead is sold to only one agent. Unlike other platforms that sell to 5-10 agents, you're the only one contacting the consumer.
How fresh are the leads?
Leads enter the marketplace within minutes of completing verification. They're not aged or recycled. Fresh, real-time leads only.

Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. You can also add funds to your account balance for faster bidding.
How does account balance work?
Add funds to your account balance and purchases are automatically deducted. This speeds up bidding since we don't need to charge your card for each lead. Minimum deposit is $50.
Can I get a refund for a bad lead?
Yes. If a lead has invalid contact information or was submitted fraudulently, contact us within 7 days for a full credit. We stand behind our verification process.
How do I view my purchase history?
Your dashboard shows all purchased leads, bids placed, and billing history. You can also download invoices for your records.

Account Management
Can I pause my account?
Yes! You can pause bidding at any time from your dashboard. Your preferences are saved and you can resume whenever you're ready. No penalties for pausing.
How do I update my license information?
Go to Settings > Licenses in your dashboard. You can add new states, update license numbers, or remove states you're no longer licensed in.
Can I have multiple users on one account?
Currently, each account is single-user. Agency/team accounts are coming soon! Contact us if you need a multi-user solution.
How do I close my account?
Contact support to close your account. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. We'd love to know why you're leaving so we can improve.
